The Southern Councils Group (SCG) were seeking a redesign and revamp to their existing web presence.

A key feature of this site introduces the restricted member's section which allows specified users access to information, resources and content management rights within the sites structure. Top level administrators are able to delegate and restrict different privileges between users and management groups.
