Project management involves Internetrix staff working with your team on an ongoing basis throughout the project, to ease the process of successfully deploying the new system and website. The project management component will include regular reporting in the form of weekly/fortnightly/monthly progress updates on all aspects of the project, maintaining continual transparency and communication.

To assist in the management of all our client projects, Internetrix makes use of our internal customer relationship and project tracking system, shown below.

The System

This system enables relevant Internetrix staff members to record and track the progress of any project or service we deliver, and manage relationships with customers by recording all communications, and providing a central store for all information and documents. This system is particularly beneficial for ensuring that our project team members, in addition to our clients, can collaborate using a single interface and system.
