The discussion forum within Nucleus allows staff to communicate with one another, by adding comments about a specific page, or replying to existing comments. The following screenshot displays a staff member adding a comment to the Terms and Definitions page.

An important aspect of this forum and feedback feature is the ability to specify who can view the comment, by selecting the groups and categories of distribution. Recent discussions posted to the forum automatically appear on the Nucleus home page, alerting the appropriate staff member that a comment has been made, as can be seen in the screenshot below.

The discussion forum is a great way to foster collaboration between staff members, encouraging relevant individuals to offer their comments on a particular page in the intranet.
