Through indexing and categorisation, the Nucleus knowledge repository is fully searchable and configurable with a high level of control in the hands of the end user. Nucleus offers a full text search engine that scans all pages, documents and resources that have been uploaded to the system.

An advanced search interface enables the user to refine their search by specifying whether they are looking for pages in the intranet or resources, date ranges for when the content was added, limit the results to which staff member added the content, and select which fields the search should look in.
