Gravity’s fine-grained security model supports the assigning of permissions to different parts of the system based on individual or group permissions. An individual or group can be assigned View, Add, Edit, Delete, Process and Admin permissions on any part of Gravity. The following screenshot shows the assigning of permissions to an individual based on what they are allowed to access in each section of functionality.

Groups can be created to simplify the process of assigning large numbers of staff access to the system, so that a staff member can inherit the permissions of the group. Additional permissions can then be assigned to that particular user on an individual basis.
