The Affinity events module is perfect for tracking any possible events that your company would wish to organise, the people that attend the events, and following up with those attendees after the event.

Your staff will have the ability to add as many different types of events as are required, and create instances of these events whenever they are to be held. The screen shot below shows the administration screen with a listing of all the upcoming events.

The dates, locations, event type, number of attendees, facilitators, speakers and more can be stored against an event. The database of companies can then be searched to find a list of invitees to the event. The invitees can be exported into an excel spreadsheet for a mail-merge.

The screen shot blow shows an event with a contact that has been confirmed as an attendee at that event.
