A powerful feature that Affinity provides is the ability to associate a company against a segmentation. Each segmentation is available in the main navigation and provides all companies in a list available for export into a spreadsheet. This feature is perfect for targeted marketing or mail merge efforts.

Underneath the contacts for each company, is the icon that drives the Segmentation association. The following screen shot shows the ease of ticking the appropriate segmentation for the company in question.

The last screen show case an Admin function. Affinity Administrators are able to add/edit/delete the various segmentations that apply to your requirements. The list can be as broad or precise as possible. Dynamic segmentation ensures that any requirements can be built on a needs basis. The add and delete icons provide the flexibility to even add sub segments. An excellent geographic example would be Oceania->Australia->New South Wales->Sydney.
