Access Control. This shows the access restrictions for an individual being assigned to the different parts of Affinity and Gravity.

The same interface is used to set the access controls for both Gravity and Affinity. The specific functions are listed down the left side of the middle panel, with the access level for that user set across the row.

Groups can be created to simplify the process of assigning large numbers of staff access to the systems, so that a staff member can inherit the permissions of the group. Then any additional permissions can be assigned to that particular user on an individual basis.
