The dashboards for Affinity contain a range
of metrics that show different indicators about the subscriptions, products,
orders and organisations being tracked. The following screenshot shows one of
the key indicators about the frequency of contact with clients based on the
medium of the interaction.
Many more indicators come as standard, and
part of the implementation process will identify and tailor other graphs and
indicators that are critical to your organisation.
