The role: Interactive Designer
We are looking for Interactive Designers to help deliver outstanding design for our customer website projects and the ongoing software production. In this position you will get the opportunity to design interfaces across a wide range of client and internal projects. You will lead design on your own projects and work closely with other designers for support, cross project integration and high level design work.
- Ideally you will have some of the following:
- Previous design work in enterprise level projects
- Familiar with CRM, Content Management and eMarketing principles
- Interest or experience in information visualisation
- Experience designing products which have to scale elegantly, or accommodate multiple distinct user groups with very different needs
- Background in educational design - help centers, contextual help, online tutorials
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Product Management and Project Management define product direction
- Leading design of the user model and user interface for features and products
- Developing high level and detailed storyboards, concepts, mockup to effectively communicate design ideas
- Gauging the usability of new and existing features and making suggestions for change
Requirements:
- A Creative or Design degree or the equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in designing websites and usable web based applications
- Ability to produce excellence in HTML concepts
- Strong visual design sense
- Excellent communication and team work skills
- Advanced skill in Creative Suite 3
- Well organised and ability to balance multiple simultaneous projects
- Elegant, sleek and accessible sense of design
- Extreme attention to detail and consistency - every pixel counts!
- Prior experience a corporate setting
