This month,
we’re excited to welcome our newest recruit – Tim Lawson as a Solutions Architect.
Tim is a recent graduate from the University of Wollongong, earning a Bachelor of Computer
Science (minor in International Studies). Tim excelled in the e-business and
commercially focused areas of his study, and gained extensive experience as a student,
developing an extensive database system which managed an annual event with more
than 4500 participants.
Originally from Goulburn, Tim moved to Wollongong in
2000 to study, he loved the coastal change. Tim carried the Olypmic Torch for
the Sydney Games in 2000, which remains a highlight of his life so far. Last year
Tim spent 6 months on a student exchange to the University of North Carolina
Chapel Hill, in the United States. This university has a strong reputation in
Information Technology and enabled Tim to gain some practical experience as well as wider academic exposure in the world's leading technology marketplace.
Tim's
arrival at Internetrix comes at a very exciting time. With growing recognition
of our breakthrough Online DA system for local government, the success of our
Affinity solution for organisations like Bible Society NSW, and continued
growth in our marketing solutions through Freestyle and Connect, Tim is sure to
be kept very busy into the New Year.
