Effectiveness tip #2 - One click feedback This is already a long newsletter, so I am going to make this tip brief.
The internet is a two way communication tool, as promoted in last newsletter's information on the internet as a relationship rather than a media marketing tool.
In line with this, it is important to have a website that allows people to contact you for more information on your product or service. This might seem obvious, but just listing physical contact details is a hassle for people who share a phone line for voice and the internet. If they have to call you, then they are probably not going to bother disconnecting and then reconnecting again, and might just move on to find a competitor's site where they can contact them immediately.
All websites should employ mail links as a very minimal feature, and a contact form, which takes input from the browser and then emails that info to you and your staff, is a good idea.
One click feedback - make sure you don't spend time and money getting people to your site and then make it hard for them to contact you and do further business!
