This component of our methodology looks at existing audience groups and targeted segments within those groups, to provide an accurate categorisation of your audience base. Once this segmentation has occurred, key conversion points for each of the audience groups can be identified and catered for. The audience identification phase allows you to focus on your website users, to better serve their requirements.

This phase of the eStrategy process involves:

  • Defining your target audience
  • Determining audience categories and sub-categories
  • Selecting and discussing the conversion points associated with each audience group
  • Identifying any usability requirements and compliance with WCAG 2.0 as per the Australian Web Guidelines
