Internetrix held their first Google Seminars for Success at the Innovation Campus in Wollongong earlier this month. The two day course provided delegates with detailed and actionable knowledge to help them apply Google Analytics following best practices to achieve higher return on investment.

This cross-functionality means you can gain insights into the actual quality of the visitors that your Adwords campaigns are driving, rather than the simple Clicks and Click-Through-Rates the Adwords interface offers.

Google Analytics All Traffic Sources Report basically provides you with an actionable summary of the three previous reports (Direct Traffic, Referring Sites and Search Engines). The best feature of this report is that it allows you to compare your traffic sources by ranking them on any of the familiar metrics. Although the default metric is Visits, clicking on each column will rank traffic on that metric (two clicks will reverse the order of the ranking).

Google Analytics Search Engines Report is quite a simple report that shows you which search engines visitors are using to find your site. It also shows you the relative quality of these visitors, segmented by their search engine, in terms of the usual metrics: Visits, Pages/Visits, Avg. Time on Site, % New Visits and Bounce Rate.
